Hi friends,

Today I'm posting a card for Bellarific Friday. Yay! Had the time to do some cool crafty stuff this week :-) For this card I used Uptown Girl Posh (I LOVE uptown girls! Hope to have the entire collection one day :-)  I'm more than addicted to the stamps Emily brings to her devoted fans - they're unique, fun, funky, with a character, and it's like magic when you see these images and you're totally connected... Well, back to the card - Posh is coloured with Copics, with some shading by Prisma pencils, flowers are hand-cut, the border is done with the help of Spellbinders' edgeabilities, and the flourish is Marianne Design's. Thank you for dropping by!!!

Bellarific Friday - Uptown Sweetie

Today I'm posting for the Bellarific Friday challenge over at the Bellaland :-) This week the challenge was to use a great sketch by one of the Bella babes - Ebrubella.

For my card I used Uptown Girl Claudia (aka Sweetie lol :-) and a fun new colouring technique I learned from Emily at the ScrapFestival last weekend. I used water-based markers and a blending tool with the watercolour paper. I love the end result! Well, to be fair, I loved the colouring process too :-) Not just the result :-) The colours are soooo vivid and bright, they instantly set the mood :-) I also found some pleasure in stitching the papers - that's something I did not know I would enjoy, but seeing Bellas' cards with super-neat stitching around images and parts of their layers, I wanted to try it too. So, here is the result. Have a great Friday, and thank you so much for stopping by!
