Late Bellarific Friday

Hello dear visitors! Today I'm posting late... The card in this post went to last week's Bellarific Friday's challenge - to use a sketch created by the talented Cathabella. I love sketches! They save so much time when I try to create a card - it's like half of the work is done for you! All you need to do is colour an image, add the papers, and voila - your perfect card is alive! For this card I used one of the Lulus (gosh, they're so sweet, I'm just in love with them!) from Stamping Bella, coloured her with Copics and some Prisma pencils, added Basic Grey's Marrakech 6x6 paper pad, layered the image with Spellbinders' Labels Sixteen, added a piece of ribbon (had to use the Bow-Easy for the double-loop bow), and mounted all this on an easel base. Hope you enjoy the card, and thank you very much for stopping by!

2 you with love!

Today's the Bellarific Friday day! Yay! The challenge for the last week was to create a card with some metal, and here is my creation. I used a little metal charm saying "from me to you with love" which I got from Stamping Bella (just love it!), Kaisercraft paper, MS punch for the background border, Spellbinders' diecuts, Copic markers, and one of the Marianne Design Creatables lace border diecuts. Hope you enjoy the card! And thank you for stopping by!

Something Sweet

Wow, I've been silent for a month! Well, I had a few deadlines in July (school), and I've changed a job :-) Quite a hectic month! But all changes are happy ones; just wish I had a bit more time to create & post my cards :-) Today I'm submitting a card to the Mo's weekly challenge - to use an image with something sweet in it. I have a colleague at work, who has the BIGGEST ever sweet tooth! No sweet thing can pass by him, just ends up in his mouth. This card is for his birthday :-) Along with a decent-size cake :-) I used Mo's image, Basic Grey's Max & Whiskers paper, Versamagic chalk ink, Copic markers, EK Success punch and Spellbinders' Nestabilities to cut out the image and the matting piece of paper. Thank you for stopping by!
