I fell in love with the Gypsy Sisters paper collection from Kaisercraft; every single piece of this collectoin simply cries for admiration :-) I had to use it for a card, and I wanted the paper to be the central feature of the card. So, here comes the pleated background once again, and a couple of punches around, and the card is done. Thank you for stopping by!

My card today is for the Bellarific Friday challenge - a masculine or a Father's day card. I've made this card for a family friend's husband who's turning 65 very soon. I love this image by Mo Manning, and have a blast every time I colour it! I always find it challenging to make masculine cards because I like using embellishments, but it's kind of hard to use pearls and flowers on a card for a man, isn't it? I try to play with colour as much as I can, and use less restrictive embellies, like leaves and ribbons to add a bit of interest to a masculine card. Hope you enjoy it! And thank you for stopping by!!!
