A tiny card

Today was quite hectic, my brain had completely fried at work, and I'm now finishing a school assignment... I'm tired and bored, so this is my escape - I decided to take a minute for myself and post a tiny card I created out of scraps not a long ago. This card still lives on my bookshelf and brightens up my day when I need it :-) Hope you enjoy it too :-) Thank you for dropping by!

Something cream, something blue

Today I'm posting a card I created for the JustRite's Friday challenge. The challenge is to use light-medium blue, ivory and kraft/tan colours. And a JustRite's stamp, of course. I managed to use all three colours, and made this card (also used some Recollection mulberry flowers; Spellbinders' Labels Ten diecuts, and some Glimmer mist for the accordion-folded background paper). Thank you for dropping by!

And the front shoot (looks kind of unstable, but in fact is very straight and sturdy...):

My submission to the JustRite challenge - square card based on sketch. I've been playing with the tulle (just love the airy-fairy feel it has!) and made a flower at the end, which became one of the items I wanted to use for my card today. Then I used pearlized watercolours to colour the main image on the card, from the Breath of Spring collection, and embossed the image and the sentiment from the My Rainbow collection, some Japanese stunning paper, a bit of ink on the edges, and voila - the card is ready! Thank you for stopping by!!!

Lulu's Orchids

I'm submitting a card to the Bellarific Friday this week again! The challenge was to create a card with flowers, and the Lulu's pot o'orchids stamp was just perfect for an occasion. The card looks bright and sparkly in real live :-) I used Tim Holtz's die for the border piece, and one of the gorgeous Spellbinder's border dies for the background. And a scrap of Basic Grey's paper :-) Thank you for dropping by!
